Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publishing or using it in property listings, advertisements, or communications. Novinly does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.
Users must ensure that any content generated through the service complies with applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards.
You agree to indemnify and hold Novinly harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from content you create or publish using the service.
Novinly retains ownership of the platform, design, and technology.
You can’t copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the service.
We aim for continuous uptime but can’t guarantee it. Planned maintenance or technical issues may cause brief interruptions.
Novinly isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
